California AB 723 in force since Jan 1, 2026; CRMLS 11.5.2, SDMLS, Bright, Stellar, NTREIS and NorthstarMLS run label-plus-original rules; Wisconsin follows in 2027. The set is built around that pattern so it is right on day one, wherever you list.
